The cost of a Basic Check will increase by £2.00 to £45.42. This is due to a new pricing structure and the need for new application forms. This will be effect from 28th February.
Any Basic Applications requested and received prior to the 28th February will be charged at the old rate. Applications requested after the 28th February must be accompanied by the new fee.
Application Form A30 & A31 for Disclosure Scotland Standard and Enhanced Checks
Please be aware that from 28 February you must make sure that you complete question A30, which asks “Do you have a Scottish vetting and barring number?”
If the applicant answers “Yes” to this question they must provide their Scottish vetting and barring number at A31.
