The CRB’s performance is measured against its Published Service Standards.
The current targets are:
- 95% of Standard checks completed within 10 days
- 90% of Enhanced checks completed within 28 days
The CRB’s average performance, measured from December 2010 to the end of November 2011, shows that their performance has been consistently high over a sustained period:
- 99.8% of Standard checks completed within 10 days
- 95.1% of Enhanced checks completed within 28 days
