Briefly describe your job/market
Personnel Checks are a registered Umbrella Body for the CRB and process thousands of CRB applications each year at all levels. My role is the Assistant Manager of the department, so I ensure customer service is delivered at its best throughout the team at all times, and to monitor performance, make sure all elements of the CRB process is covered and delivered within a 24 hour period.

If you were given tomorrow off work, what would you do for the day?
Have a lie in, then perhaps go for a long walk or visit family.
