Basic Disclosure Criminal Record Check for Personal Alcohol Licence
The Basic Disclosure criminal record check is the level required for individuals applying for a Personal Alcohol Licence. It can be obtained both individually or by a company on their staff. This check searches for all convictions considered unspent and takes between 1 – 2 weeks to complete.
Important: For the purposes of applying for a Personal Licence the Disclosure certificates (CRB checks) are only valid for 30 days and must be in date when your personal licence application is received by your local council. The Council cannot by law accept a certificate which is more than one calendar month old.
