DBS Compliance Team Leader

I joined Personnel Checks in 2016 as an Apprentice Administrator. I’m responsible for ensuring the day to day tasks are completed and KPI targets are met.

It’s my role to ensure that the tasks are completed within a deadline and staff are always on top of work.

Before joining Personnel Checks, I had decided to leave college and find a career. I joined PC and have put all my skills and experiences to use.

When I’m not in the Personnel Check office I enjoy going to the gym to keep fit and healthy and enjoy gathering with my family.
