Customer Service Apprentice

I first joined the business on a temporary basis in February 2019 on work experience. Throughout this time, I worked closely with the marketing department and learnt vital skills surrounding CRM and it's importance within a business. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, and was therefore delighted when I was selected as a Customer Service Apprentice in Personnel Checks in July 2019.

My role is to help with day to day admin and provide excellent customer service whilst assisting clients and customers with any DBS queries.

In my spare time, I enjoy exploring new places with my friends and family, socialising and eating great food – especially if it’s all at the same time!
