My hero is my Dad, he’s so hard-working and developed his business from nothing into a success.

Describe a perfect Sunday …
My perfect Sunday would consist of a BIG lie in then a lovely breakfast, probably a fry up! I’d then enjoy a nice walk with my dog Milly then watch a good film. I’d then go out for tea then have an early night ready for the week ahead!
What has been your best moment since working at Personnel Checks?
My best moment was completing the Snowdonia Challenge with my colleagues. It was a great experience to share with them and we enjoyed every minute.
What skills would you like to have gained in 10 years?
In 10 years’ time I would have liked to develop my skills in management, sales and moving businesses forward.
If you weren’t Operations Manager what would you be?
I would love to work with animals – preferably horses.
What’s number 1 on your bucket list?
I’d love to visit New Zealand and Australia.
What is your favourite thing about working at Personnel Checks?
The People – everyone cares about each other and it’s a lovely working environment.
If you could learn a new skill what would it be?
I would love to learn another language.
