Our online DBS checking system is continually updated with changes to help improve the service we provide to our customers. The newest changes will come into force April/May 2016.
As you may be aware, customers currently using our self-service system are given three separate log in’s;
Following requests from our self-service customers, we are pleased to announce the introduction of a ‘Multiple Logins Account’.
You will have the availability to create a user on the Ebulk system and give them access to various areas of the system from the same log in. For example, you can grant access to;
Management Panel – where you can add applications
Dashboard – where you can see an overview of all applications
ID verifying area – where you can confirm you have seen all required documentation
When you log in, you will see an option on the left hand panel asking you to ‘choose role’, you will then be presented with options to choose from to grant access for various roles.
This will make things a lot easier for users who have various roles within the DBS checking process and will also minimise the risk of losing or forgetting logins.
