Updates to our self service system are now live
As part of our ongoing commitment to continuously develop the online ‘self-service’ system for our customers, several improvements have been made to the landing pages which users are presented with when they login to our online DBS Checking system.
As well as improving the look of our system, the update is designed to improve navigation around the system, especially for applicants who may be accessing the site for the first time.
The changes relate to the initial screen which is displayed when a user logs-in.
The updates are as follows;
For Self Service Users
Previously Self Service Users were presented with the below screen when they first logged into the system:
Following the update, Self Service Users now automatically land on the ‘View Applications’ page.
For Applicants
Previously ‘Applicants’ were presented with the below screen when they first logged into the system.
Following the update, ‘Applicants’ will now automatically land on the ‘My Applications’ page.
The improvements were made to allow you to manage your applications efficiently and create a more streamlined process for your applicants.
If you have any questions regarding the updates, please get in touch with the team.
